YOUR CONVERSATIONS. YOUR CONTROL.
Our privacy approach
Next Cue is a personal discovery coach, built for the person on the call. This page describes how the current app handles call data and how this marketing site handles visitor information.
Next Cue is in early access. We’ll confirm the app’s detailed processing, retention, and service-provider information before you begin using it.
This website
The marketing site does not access your microphone, meeting audio, or sales documents. Every call and cue shown on the page is an illustration. The site source includes no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, cookies, or browser storage.
The hosting provider may process ordinary web-request information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to serve and secure the site.
Relevant examples
The default page uses public, illustrative examples. If tailored examples are enabled, the site may request example content from a configured backend using an existing session. The browser does not send your signup email or URL query parameters to that endpoint. A company or role-specific demonstration does not imply knowledge of your customers or their challenges.
Early-access signups
When signups are available, we collect your email, first name, role, and any company name you choose to provide. We use these details to manage early access and contact you about Next Cue. If you answer the optional follow-up question, we use that feedback to help shape the product.
The signup form sends information only to the signup service configured for this site. If that service has not been connected, the form does not send or store your information.
Call audio and transcripts
- Next Cue streams call audio to the configured cloud transcription provider. Next Cue does not save raw call audio.
- Transcripts, chat, and coaching history are saved locally on your Mac. Relevant transcript and sales-knowledge context is sent to the configured AI provider for coaching and answers.
- You can delete a call and its saved transcript, chat, and coaching from Next Cue.
Cloud providers handle the information sent to them under their own policies. Deleting a call in Next Cue removes its locally saved data; it does not establish deletion from a provider’s systems. Provider details and retention terms will be available before live-call access.
The knowledge you bring
Onboarding uses your existing AI assistant to prepare relevant sales knowledge. Review that knowledge and its sources before importing it, and bring only information you’re authorized to use. Your existing AI assistant and connected services have their own data-handling policies.
Questions and requests
Use the contact option on the homepage once early-access contact is available to ask about your signup information or stored call data.
